We are a small business and we may turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you. With this in mind, please note the following reservation and cancellation policy.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of first night's stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal.

All cancellations and changes are subject to a $25 processing fee. Deposits (less the $25 fee) will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled within 2-13 days of your arrival, your deposit refund will be applied to a future stay (subject to availability). No refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival. Early Departures are non-refundable. Prior arrangements must be made for late arrivals, any no-shows on the first night will cancel the remaining multiple night reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Farmhouse reservations are for no more than four guests; Library, Meadow, View, and Garden reservations are for no more than two guests. No smoking is permitted within the building. Guests found to be in violation of these policies will be charged a $250 fee.

Check-in time is 4pm; check-out time is 11am.

Early or late check-out is $35.

For guests staying in the Farmhouse Apartment, we offer a grocery service for $35. Fee does NOT include price of groceries. Please contact us if you would like your fridge stocked upon arrival. 

Dogs ONLY are permitted, subject to a $75 pet fee per animal:

  • All animals must be up-to-date with all shots and vet certificate shown upon check-in.
  • All animals must be crated when indoors and on leash when outside.
